        Introduction to Prof. Xiao's Lab

My primary research interests focus on the molecular mechanisms of viral immune-suppression and developing vaccines against animal viruses. Viruses currently being studied include the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), porcine enteric coronaviruses (PEDV, TGEV, PDCoV), and foot-and-mouth diseases virus (FMDV).
